Products and order forms that take money today

Create products with clean pricing and put a working order form in front of them, the shortest path from "we should sell this" to a Stripe notification.

  1. 1

    Connect the processor

Payments, then Integrations: connect Stripe (or your available processor) to the sub-account. Everything else depends on this.

  2. 2

    Create the products

Payments, then Products: name, description that sells (one outcome sentence beats a spec list), price, and one-time versus recurring set correctly.

  3. 3

    Build the order form

In a funnel, add an order form step (two-step forms that capture contact info first, then payment, recover more abandons than single-step).

  4. 4

Attach the product and test copy

Attach the product to the form, and make the page state exactly what they get, when they get it, and the guarantee. Ambiguity at checkout is abandonment.

  5. 5

    Wire the after-purchase path

Payment success triggers the receipt, the fulfillment workflow, a purchased tag, and (see the order bumps SOP) any upsell step.

  6. 6

    Run a live-card test

Buy it yourself with a real card, then refund. Confirm charge, receipt, tag, fulfillment message, and the transaction record.

Do it with Claude

Claude reads orders and transactions through the MCP: daily sales summaries, failed payment lists, and which products actually move.

Watch out for

  • Selling from a page that never says what happens after payment.
  • Testing only in test mode and discovering a live-mode config gap on launch day.
