Ad leads answered in seconds, not days

Pipe Facebook and Google lead forms straight into GHL with field mapping and instant follow-up, because ad leads decay by the minute.

  1. 1

    Connect the ad accounts

Settings, then Integrations: Facebook (with lead ads permissions approved) and Google. Confirm the right ad account and page are selected.

  2. 2

    Map every form field

For each lead form, map its questions to GHL fields (create the custom fields first if needed). Unmapped answers vanish; map before launch, not after.

  3. 3

    Tag by campaign

Apply source tags per form or campaign (src-fb-spring-promo) so you can trace revenue back to the exact ad spend.

  4. 4

    Trigger speed-to-lead instantly

A workflow on Form Submitted (or the integration’s lead trigger) fires the first SMS and email within a minute. Use the Speed-to-Lead prompt; ad leads called or texted within 5 minutes convert at multiples of slower follow-up.

  5. 5

    Run a test lead through

Use Meta’s lead ads testing tool (or submit a real test) and verify: contact created, fields populated, tag applied, first message sent, rep notified.

  6. 6

    Close the loop weekly

Compare cost per lead against booked appointments per campaign tag; kill or scale accordingly.

Do it with Claude

Claude cross-references ad-tagged contacts with pipeline stages through the MCP: "Which campaigns produced leads that actually booked this month?" is one question away.

Watch out for

  • Leads flowing into Meta’s download CSV and nobody’s CRM.
  • Instant forms that autofill emails nobody checks; always capture and confirm phone.
